Facilities Fee Schedule

Indoor/Outdoor Arenas General Policies:

1.       Weekend Rentals (Saturday & Sunday) are from 7:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. 

2.       Weekday Rentals (Monday – Friday) are from 7:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m.

3.       Weekday private rentals (Monday – Thursday) are four-hour blocks from 8:00a.m-10p.m.

4.       Ground work during an event will be subject to additional fees.

5.       Special arena configurations or ground preparation will be subject to extra fees

Kingman Outdoor Arena Fee Schedule:

$30.00             Weekday Private Rentals per block (4 hours)

$150.00             Weekend Rentals for first day

$100.00             Weekday Rentals for first day

$100.00             Each consecutive day for Weekday or Weekend Rental

Kingman Expo Center Indoor Arena Fee Schedule:

$200.00            Weekday Private Rentals per block (4 hours)

$400.00            Weekend Rentals

$350.00            Weekday Rental

Joint Rental Fees for Kingman Expo Center Indoor Arena and Kingman Outdoor Arena:

$500.00            Weekend Rental for first day for both arenas

$400.00            Weekday Rental for first day for both arenas

Kingman Expo Center Indoor Arena and Kingman Outdoor Arena Tractor Fees:

$50.00             Tractor fee per driver hour

                        **One-hour minimum charge for tractor and driver in all cases

Charge to Reserve KEC Indoor Arena to Move Outdoor Event Inside in Case of Weather

$300.00            Fee to hold a reservation on the KEC Indoor Arena for possible weather use

White Building and Restrooms

$150.00 Fee will be charged if not also renting the KEC or the Kingman Outdoor Arena

Kingman Expo Center Stalls

$25.00             Charge per stall

Kingman Expo Center Kitchen

$50.00             Full day rental

$25.00             Light prep with North Room rental

Kingman Expo Center North Room

$125.00             Each day for full day rental

$100.00            Use for up to 5 hours

$  75.00             Use for up to 3 hours

$  25.00            Use of the projector/TV

$  25.00            Use of the microphones

Kingman Expo Center South Room/Kitchen

$125.00            Each day for full day rental

$100.00            Use for up to 5 hours

$  75.00            Use for up to 3 hours
